The National Concierge Association (NCA) provides its members the opportunity to develop business relationships through professional and social interaction and therefore grants chapter charters to groups of Concierges (any type) and affiliated venues within the hospitality industry wherever located throughout the United States, Canada and the world. NCA Chapters meet monthly at locally hosted venues to share informational resources, celebrate individual member’s achievements in the Concierge industry and enjoy group activities for the betterment of the community in which the chapter is located.
Membership in an NCA Chapter is open to anyone within the hospitality industry; Concierges of any type, associates whose position is comparable to that of a Concierge and affiliated businesses whose exceptional products and services are of benefit to Concierge clientele.
